About us and your getaway
Greensail Charters is an Adelaide based yachting experience aimed at couples looking for the ultimate romantic getaway in the beautiful waters of South Australia on board a new Amel 50 luxury yacht.
Greensail Charters offers a unique experience where you skipper the boat yourself (known as bareboat chartering) and yet you have the benefit of your host on board to assist when needed.
Your getaway begins on a Friday morning with a sail from North Haven across to Edithburgh on the Yorke Peninsula. You will spend the afternoon exploring Edithburgh, swimming in the Edithburgh tidal pool or just relaxing on the boat and you will spend the night anchored in the bay.
Saturday involves a short sail across to Troubridge Island located just south east of Edithburgh. Here you will spend the day enjoying walks on the island, fishing, snorkelling, paddle-boarding or simply relaxing on the boat. If you and your partner have your PADI licence then bring your wetsuits and you can enjoy a dive on us (tanks, BCDs, goggles and flippers supplied). The evening will be spent on anchor nearby to Troubridge Island.
Wake up Sunday and enjoy breakfast on the boat. All of the boats facilities are at your disposal so you can choose to relax on a sun-bed or enjoy water activities before setting sail back to North Haven where you will arrive around sunset.
